📋 Description

• Install, proactively maintain, preventively maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Haemonetics systems for customers in the designated region • Manage minimal downtime on Haemonetics systems through effective site-personnel training and rapid problem investigation • Organize, coordinate, and prepare application training • Deliver application training to site personnel for effective use of installed medical equipment • Coordinate and deliver technical training for customer personnel and Haemonetics employees • Develop partnerships with prospective customers by organizing product demonstrations • Promote Haemonetics products to existing customers • Travel within the designated region and the UK as required

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in technical engineering or technical education with sound technical knowledge, or at least four years of experience in a Field Service position, medical device environment, or similar role • Impeccable customer service skills and a confident and professional manner in customer-facing environments • Technical aptitude to understand and train customers and users on products • Excellent mastery of English • Flexibility to travel and undertake overnight stays (1 or 2 nights per week on average) • Ability to work autonomously in a constantly changing environment • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently • Capacity to manage time constraints • Demonstrated computer and basic networking skills • Full driving licence
