📋 Description

• Collaborate with business leaders to develop analytics requirements and translate them into scalable reporting and dashboard solutions. • Architect and implement descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics using modern BI tools and statistical modeling techniques. • Design and develop enterprise-wide reporting frameworks that unify data from multiple source systems. • Evaluate and incorporate AI/ML models to enhance analytics capabilities. • Lead the development of intuitive, interactive visual analytics that enable users to explore data dynamically and uncover insights quickly. • Educate and empower business users to interpret and act on analytics insights to drive operational and strategic improvements. • Maintain clear documentation of analytics designs, data flows, and model assumptions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in analytics design, business intelligence, or data science roles • Strong proficiency in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake, and SQL • Experience designing and deploying AI/ML models in a business context • Deep understanding of data warehousing concepts and enterprise data architecture • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to translate complex data into intuitive visualizations and actionable insights.
