📋 Description

• Develop and execute an application support strategy aligned with business goals • Ensure compliance with infrastructure and security standards • Provide strategic direction for improving system functionality and user satisfaction • Participate in application implementation and enhancement projects • Stay current on technologies and best practices for reliability, scalability, and security • Lead, mentor, and develop cloud and application support engineers • Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture • Partner with IT and business leaders to design scalable cloud infrastructure solutions • Optimize cloud resource utilization and control costs • Monitor and report on infrastructure performance and availability • Develop SLAs and performance metrics for IT services • Identify opportunities for operational improvement and technology consolidation • Implement and enforce cloud security best practices • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies • Establish monitoring and alerting systems for proactive issue resolution • Manage relationships with cloud service providers and technology vendors • Oversee the lifecycle of application support incidents from report to resolution • Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions for the team

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of IT leadership experience with hands-on cloud infrastructure and support • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities • Effective presentation skills across stakeholder groups • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills • Strong technical aptitude and commitment to continuous learning • Strong collaboration, communication, and negotiation skills • Strong people management teams onsite and off shore highly desired
