📋 Description
• As QA System Architect, blend strategic leadership with hands-on execution to drive quality excellence • Design and implement scalable QA strategies and frameworks • Enhance test coverage by leveraging customer and field data analysis • Build advanced automation frameworks to support CI/CD pipelines • Collaborate with engineering architects to develop testing frameworks • Champion test-driven development (TDD) and modern fault injection techniques • Innovate tools and processes for efficient test data management • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing QA team • Define and monitor critical quality metrics and KPIs • Troubleshoot complex issues, diving into logs, code, and test results
🎯 Requirements
• 15+ years of QA experience, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role • Extensive experience designing QA frameworks and automating tests in fast-paced environments • Proficient in automation tools (e.g., PyTest, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript • Deep knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps integration • Skilled in test management (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr) and bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) • Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) • Experience managing distributed QA and development teams
