📋 Description

• Lead the team at Mai Sushi, Chester, Foregate Street • Be accountable for the kiosk and team • Maintain audit standards for food and health and safety compliance while meeting EHO expectations • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and food safety on site • Forward-plan and stay highly organised • Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products • Accurately label products for food safety and allergen compliance • Multitask across kitchen and team responsibilities • Learn new skills or improve existing skills

🎯 Requirements

• Enthusiastic, energetic with the ability to demonstrate initiative • Flexible with a ‘can do’ attitude • Always happy to help customers with a smile • Able to work as part of a team or on your own whilst maintaining high standards at all times • Excited to produce amazing high-quality and sustainable food products • Experience in leading people and building confidence and capability in a team • Ready to work in a fast-paced environment whilst leading by example • Pride in your work, constantly looking for ways to improve and continually learning • Good understanding of Food Safety & Health and Safety regulations • Ability to follow brand standards and comply with company policies • Reliable transportation for an early-morning commute • Level 2 Food Safety certificate, HACCP, Allergens and COSHH are desirable although not essential; full training provided • Able to start shifts at 6:00am some days
