📋 Description

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the Sushi Gourmet kiosk at Sainsbury's Harrogate • Be accountable for the kiosk, team performance and meeting KPI targets • Maintain audit standards for food safety, health & safety and comply with EHO expectations • Ensure the team maintains cleanliness and food safety on site • Prepare fresh ingredients by hand each shift, including meat and raw fish products • Accurately label products to ensure food safety and allergen compliance • Support, train and develop team members and lead by example in a fast-paced environment • Plan ahead and manage shift tasks, stock and operations (including early morning starts) • Uphold brand standards and company policies

• Enthusiastic and energetic with ability to demonstrate initiative • Flexible with a ‘can do’ attitude • Customer-facing attitude – happy to help customers with a smile • Able to work as part of a team or on your own whilst maintaining high standards • Experience in leading people • Ready to work in a fast-paced environment whilst always leading by example • Pride in your work and willingness to continually learn and improve • Good understanding of Food Safety & Health and Safety regulations • Ability to follow brand standards and comply with company policies • Reliable transportation for early morning commute • Be accountable for the kiosk and the team, maintaining audit standards for food and health & safety compliance • Ensure high standard of cleanliness and food safety on site to meet EHO expectations • Highly organised with focus on forward planning • Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products each shift • Accurately labelling products ensuring lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance each shift • Skilled multitasker • Willingness to be an early riser as shifts can start at 6:00am • Level 2 Food Safety certificate, HACCP, Allergens and COSHH desirable (training provided)
