📋 Description

• Building the most customer-centric global menswear brand. • Establish a U.S., UK and Australian Fulfilled By Amazon account and all operational processes for Amazon. • Plan and coordinate with 3PLs to ensure the transportation and distribution of goods to meet customer requirements. • Monitor and manage the inventory levels, order processing, and shipping schedules. • Collaborate with third-party carriers and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods. • Monitor and manage the stock delivery for Fulfilled By Amazon to ensure high levels of service and performance. • Lead and work closely with the operations service team to resolve customer issues and coordinate with the 3PL warehouse teams. • Communicate regularly with the executive team to provide updates on the fulfillment operations, identify opportunities and challenges, and seek guidance and support as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in operations management, logistics & inventory management or a related field in the Ecommerce and retail space. • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills are critical, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions. • A solid understanding of e-commerce fulfillment processes and technologies, including Fulfilled By Amazon. • Strong understanding of logistics operations, transportation, and inventory management. • Can dive into numbers to optimize performance and roll up your sleeves and get things done. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality work.
