• You’ll own our brand channel • You create the content that comes to your mind • You produce eight vertical videos per month, from concept and filming to editing • You post, manage, and analyze your posts yourself • You continuously optimize based on watch time and retention rate • You’re willing to try things other brands wouldn’t dare • You think in terms of reach and organic growth
🎯 Requirements
• You have a TikTok account where we can see you and your content • You can independently film, edit, and post — a smartphone is sufficient as long as the content works • Sarcasm, boldness, and a clear personal voice are required • A sense for trends before they go mainstream • You make videos people actually watch all the way through — everything else is secondary
