• Drive commercial growth through business development and consultative sales. • Provide strategic and operational leadership across research and data divisions. • Build and strengthen client relationships, acting as the senior point of contact for major global technology accounts. • Oversee the delivery of complex international research programmes, ensuring excellence and innovation. • Lead, support, and inspire a small, dedicated team of permanent and contract staff. • Champion a culture of collaboration, accountability, and exceptional client service.
🎯 Requirements
• 15+ years’ experience in market research, ideally with exposure to the technology sector • Proven track record in business development and client leadership • Broad understanding of both quantitative and qualitative research, with an appreciation for data and analytics • Strong commercial and strategic mindset, with hands-on leadership skills • Excellent communicator who builds trust quickly and represents the business with confidence • Comfortable leading remotely and fostering a cohesive, high-performing culture • Additional language skills desirable. • Valid UK working permit or visa
