📋 Description

• Oversee all engineering activities related to land preparation for data center construction. • Work with contracted companies to facilitate the installation and integration of essential utilities, including solar energy systems, water supply, and fiber optics. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and to the highest standards. • Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors, fostering strong working relationships to achieve project objectives. • Ensure all engineering work complies with local, state, and federal regulations. • Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team and other departments.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field). Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) is preferred. • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in engineering roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position. • Proven experience in land development and utility coordination for large-scale projects. • Strong knowledge of renewable energy systems, particularly solar energy. • Experience with data center infrastructure and utility requirements. • Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
