The company offers prescription-based home sleep testing, personalized treatment options (CPAP, custom devices, surgery, behavioral interventions), nightly monitoring and ongoing care, AI-enhanced health tracking, same-day virtual appointments, and works with major insurers across most U. S. states.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary hands-on designer across consumer and patient experiences, owning day-to-day design execution • Design websites, native applications, lifecycle communications, patient-facing reports, print materials, social content, and emerging product experiences • Own and evolve a scalable Figma design system supporting multiple products, sub-brands, contributors, and engineering teams • Work with product leadership and engineers from problem definition through implementation, QA, launch, and iteration • Design cohesive customer and care journeys across digital and physical touchpoints • Translate customer, clinical, operational, and business requirements into clear design solutions • Define desired outcomes and success metrics with product leadership • Architect, develop, document, and maintain shared Figma design systems and component libraries • Create scalable components, patterns, templates, tokens, and guidelines • Align design-system components with reusable production components in partnership with engineering • Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and implemented to a high standard • Evaluate and improve work using customer feedback, behavioral data, experimentation, and business performance • Support broader brand and creative needs across patient, marketing, and company touchpoints

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional product design experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through an exceptional portfolio • Outstanding visual and interaction design skills with exceptional attention to detail • Experience designing complex, consumer-facing products and multi-surface customer journeys • Strong systems thinking and experience building or meaningfully contributing to a shared Figma design system • Portfolio demonstrating component-level scalability, complex journey design, design craft, and collaboration with product and engineering teams • Evidence that work has delivered measurable customer or business impact • Experience working directly with product leaders and engineers from problem definition through implementation and launch • Willingness to remain actively involved during development and accountability for final experience quality • Proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, auto layout, variables, libraries, prototyping, and scalable file organization • Ability to balance customer needs, business goals, technical constraints, operational realities, and speed to market • Comfort working independently in a fast-moving startup with evolving priorities and incompletely defined briefs • Strong communication skills, sound judgment, curiosity, and collaborative, low-ego approach • Portfolio required • Later interview case study presentation demonstrating customer/business problem, ownership, constraints and tradeoffs, collaboration, implementation involvement, and measurable results • Bonus experience: early-stage or scaling startups; consumer health, healthcare, digital health, or regulated products; wearable devices, biometric data, health insights, or data visualization; ecommerce, subscription products, acquisition funnels, or conversion optimization; UX copywriting; no-code, drag-and-drop, or AI-assisted tools; motion design, animation, video editing, or social media creative; patient-facing reports; extending parent brands across products or sub-brands
