📋 Description

• Work on the front line of technology, process and trading issues impacting the sportsbook • Keep customers' experience at the forefront • Coordinate, instruct and challenge necessary teams to mitigate negative customer experience • Manage the lifecycle of sportsbook issues from customer service query to customer fulfillment • Become an expert on compliance regulations and learn service level agreements and key performance indicators • Brief stakeholders on issue impacts • Help the business use lessons learned to continuously improve customer service

• Prepared to work overnight flexible hours to mirror the sporting schedule • Level-headed problem solver • Capacity to retain, document and utilise complex information • Diligent and detail-focused • Strong, knowledgeable and articulate in a crisis • Passion for sports • Passion for creating unparalleled customer experience • Ideally, some exposure to sportsbook; passion for sports and/or betting may substitute • Familiarity with sportsbook compliance regulations, service level agreements and key performance indicators will be developed/trained
