📋 Description

• Execute customer conversion, retention, and reactivation messaging and engagement strategies • Coordinate pre-planned and real-time messaging aligned with customer needs and business objectives • Handle day-to-day execution of messaging content to ensure quality and consistency • Review and validate copy and graphic materials for accuracy and quality • Ensure marketing and promotional materials are accurately and timely deployed to meet deadlines • Collaborate with product, marketing, commercial, operations, data, and regulatory teams • Help expand Hard Rock Digital's business across multiple jurisdictions

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in CRM in the online gaming or sportsbook industry • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Braze, Optimove), email marketing platforms, and data analysis tools • Strong ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously • Understanding of customer needs and behaviors to create personalized and impactful CRM strategies • Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions quickly • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals • Deep understanding of real money online gaming customers, games, promotions, product features, competitors, and wider market trends
