📋 Description

• Report directly to a Trading Team Lead • Manage sportsbook content, pricing, and risk • Monitor pre-event and live sports events • Analyse market movements • Apply price and risk management strategies • Ensure trading activity aligns with internal risk controls, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards • Identify market trends • Optimize sportsbook performance and maximize profitability

🎯 Requirements

• Genuine passion for U.S. sports • Prior experience working in a sportsbook trading or pricing environment • Strong understanding of sportsbook operations and betting mechanics • Experience working in a trading room or similar environment • Keen attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure • Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt in a constantly evolving market • Data-led mindset and ability to interpret, analyse, and act on quantitative information • Passion for U.S. sports, including NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, NCAAF, and NCAAB • Awareness of current betting trends • Ability to make decisions quickly and accurately in a fast-paced setting
