🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years PQE as a Senior Commercial Technology Solicitor • Strong experience advising on complex technology and commercial contracts • Confident leading matters and managing client relationships • Track record of delivering pragmatic, commercially minded advice on areas such as SaaS, software licensing, digital services, data and technology procurement • Strong drafting and negotiation skills • Ability to translate technical and legal issues into clear, practical guidance for clients • Collaborative and proactive mindset
