📋 Description

• Serve as the go-to technical leader and EOR across multiple projects for major Grocery clients. • Lead the design and QA/QC of mechanical systems, with a focus on HVAC, plumbing, and controls. • Mentor and guide junior engineers, championing high standards and continuous learning. • Collaborate with architects and fellow engineers to produce high-quality construction documents. • Drive sustainability initiatives—especially around decarbonization and carbon-neutral HVAC systems. • Interface directly with clients to understand goals, solve challenges, and deliver innovative solutions. • Act as a thought leader in energy modeling, energy codes, and system performance optimization.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep expertise in the Grocery sector with a strong understanding of project types and client needs. • Licensed PE with multi-state capabilities (or willing to become licensed in multiple states). • Strong grasp of energy modeling, decarbonization strategies, and modern sustainability practices. • Ability to work independently while leading complex projects with minimal oversight. • Proficiency in mechanical systems design, including HVAC, plumbing, sewer, gas, and water systems. • Passion for coaching others and building a strong engineering culture.
