📋 Description

• Provide field-based technical support for Hayward pool products and dealers. • Partner with District Sales Managers to create and execute market-specific strategies. • Recruit, train, and maintain a network of service providers for repairs and coverage. • Strengthen dealer relationships through site visits, technical training, and issue resolution. • Conduct targeted training sessions and provide feedback to improve product reliability and performance. • Regularly assess market strategies, identify gaps, and adjust plans to achieve goals.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required; 4-year degree or pool industry experience preferred. • 3+ years of technical experience in the pool industry, ideally in a field-management role. • Expertise in swimming pool products, repairs, and applications. • Proficiency in business tools and reporting systems. • Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and project management skills.
