📋 Description
• Provide classification services including writing, editing, and rewriting of position descriptions • Advise managers on classification processes and tools • Conduct research related to classification programs • Assist in organizational design for career development
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Federal HR Specialist • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills • Experience in USA Staffing • Ability to perform job analyses • Must pass Public Trust security clearance
