📋 Description

• Carry out and ensure compliance with the company's due diligence and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures • Review PEP, sanctions and adverse media screening results • Perform transaction monitoring and analysis, reporting directly to the MLRO • Carry out risk assessments and research into prospective clients • Respond to colleagues' queries about compliance with company policies and procedures • Prepare documentation in line with business needs • Assist the Account Manager with communication with corporate clients • Support daily account management activities • Answer customer queries in a courteous, professional and timely manner • Act as a point of contact for clients on compliance-related requests, including onboarding documentation and information requests • Report to the MLRO on compliance matters and work closely with the Account Management team

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum one year of hands-on experience in a compliance role, ideally in financial services, payments or fintech • Practical experience of KYC/customer due diligence and AML procedures, including onboarding and risk assessment of corporate clients • Experience reviewing PEP, sanctions and adverse media screening results and escalating findings • Experience in transaction monitoring and preparing analysis reports for an MLRO or compliance lead • Analytical and logical thinking with strong attention to detail • Ability to work collaboratively within and across functions • Executive-level communication and presentation skills • Good organisational skills • Fluent English and Russian, written and spoken • Prior experience in e-commerce and electronic payments is a significant advantage • Proficiency in MS Office applications; advanced Excel is a plus
