📋 Description

• Assist with building and maintaining InfraOps within Headspin, relating to: • - Networking • - Server Management • - Host configurations/Maintenance • - Apple and other third party certification management • - Setup and maintenance of AWS and VPC environments. • - Offboarding customers, security data deletion • - Internal and external network/server troubleshooting • - Work with global teams and customers across many timezones

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in InfraOps/deployment/operations, preferably working with SAAS related hardware/software hybrid products. • Experience in AWS, VPC environments and network infrastructure. • Extensive experience with cloud technologies, product and architecture deployment (AWS and VPC deployment essential). • Familiar with scripting in Python/Bash • Ability to work with macOS, Linux, Windows command-line environments. • Understanding of and experience using source control software, such as Git. • Time management. • Troubleshooting skills- asking questions. • Familiarity with Android & iOS devices (desirable) • Familiarity with Terraform or Ansible (desirable) • Availability to work across multiple time-zones as required • Ability to communicate effectively with expert technical representatives and colleagues. • Ability to be part of a dynamic team. • Hands-on experience of customer engagement and delivery of services. • Able to build and review proposals and plan implementation of the same.
