📋 Description
• Leads enterprise performance engineering efforts • Ensure system scalability, stability, reliability, and responsiveness across distributed cloud and hybrid environments • Responsible for designing and executing load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing strategies • Identify bottlenecks across applications, APIs, databases, and infrastructure • Work closely with Architecture, DevOps, QA, and Development teams to validate production readiness • Optimize system performance and support high-availability cloud deployments within Azure and AKS environments
🎯 Requirements
• Mid-level experience • Performance and scalability testing • Distributed systems and API architecture • Azure cloud and Kubernetes (AKS) • Performance metrics analysis and tuning • CI/CD and automated performance pipelines • Troubleshooting and root cause analysis • Lead, coach and mentor Performance Engineer staff offshore • Nice to Have: Mortgage or FinTech industry experience • Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms and high-volume transaction systems
