📋 Description

• Work directly with the founders • Drive strategic projects and turn ideas into executed initiatives • Support the founders on high-impact tasks • Lead internal projects from conception through completion • Help manage and further develop the sales and marketing infrastructure, including HubSpot, webinar flows, and reporting • Track and execute strategic initiatives • Prepare pitches, tenders, and audits • Support recruiting and team building • Develop and execute content ideas, including for LinkedIn, webinars, and podcasts • Manage the content pipeline across all channels

🎯 Requirements

• Entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on mentality • Strong judgment when prioritizing tasks using the 80/20 principle • Ability to think one step ahead and identify upcoming priorities • Commitment to continuous development and ability to work in a structured manner under pressure • Strong attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture • Excellent project management skills • Fluent, polished German and good English; Swiss German is a plus • Confidence in working with internal and external stakeholders • Strong digital affinity and ability to learn quickly • Experience with HubSpot, ClickUp, or automation is an advantage • Experience in an agency, startup, or consulting environment is a plus
