📋 Description

• Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives spanning teams and pods • Partner with Product, Data, and Operations leaders to shape objectives and influence priorities • Translate complex insights into actionable plans • Own critical operational workflows • Design scalable systems • Mentor team members • Drive initiatives creating durable, measurable organizational impact • Design and build foundations for 0-1 initiatives within Business Operations • Collaborate cross-functionally to build, execute, monitor, and implement scalable products and processes • Assess and analyze data to develop strategies, identify improvement areas, and deliver roadmap priorities and team OKRs • Build and manage a growing team

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in operational roles at high-growth companies • Background in consulting, finance, or business operations preferred but not required • Skilled at analyzing complex data to solve ambiguous problems • Ability to thrive in uncertainty and unfamiliar challenges • Operational excellence and ability to manage many moving pieces • Ability to collaborate across teams while holding teams accountable for business results • Interest in individual growth through open feedback and high autonomy • Motivation to improve access to affordable mental healthcare
