📋 Description

• Lead and execute critical cyclical people programs including performance reviews and employee engagement surveys • Design new programs to support growth and engagement such as Talent Development and Employee Events • Partner with various teams to launch and refine People programs • Scope programs focusing on simplicity and efficiency • Facilitate meetings and drive alignment and decisions • Lead program communications for clarity to employees • Build program summaries and trend reports for stakeholders • Evaluate program success using data collection methods • Continuously improve programs based on feedback • Develop resources for stakeholders across the People team and managers • Assess and implement new tools, platforms, and vendors

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in People/HR with 2+ years focused on designing and executing People Programs • Deep knowledge of best practices regarding Employee Lifecycle, People Management, Employee Experience, Talent Development, and People Operations • Strategic thinker understanding the bigger picture • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple large-scale projects • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a high-paced environment • Skilled in tailoring communication for all audiences and influencing decision-makers • Strong collaboration skills at all levels across the company
