📋 Description

• Develop or review high-quality course content and learning materials for healthcare students • Produce clear, accurate, engaging and evidence-based educational resources • Ensure content reflects current professional guidance and clinical practice and is appropriate for intended learners • Deliver engaging and interactive simulated learning sessions to students undertaking virtual placements • Support students in developing clinical knowledge, professional reasoning and practical skills • Provide constructive feedback and contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment • Work with university partners and internal colleagues to help ensure an outstanding placement experience

🎯 Requirements

• Current HCPC registration as a Dietitian • Substantial experience working in a relevant clinical setting • Experience of supporting, supervising or teaching healthcare students or professionals • A strong understanding of current evidence-based dietetic practice • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills • Confidence using digital platforms and online learning tools • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a wider team • Commitment to delivering high-quality education and supporting student learning • For content development work, the ability to produce clear, accurate and evidence-based written materials • Practice Educator training or qualification (desirable) • Membership of the British Dietetic Association (desirable) • Experience across more than one area of dietetic practice (desirable) • Experience of developing or reviewing healthcare education materials (desirable) • Experience of delivering teaching or training virtually (desirable) • Experience of facilitating group learning, case discussions or simulated activities (desirable)
