📋 Description

• Manage and support customer data migrations during onboarding • Clean, format, and transform datasets (99% in Excel/Google Sheets) to ensure accuracy and usability • Use formulas, macros, AI tools, and VBA scripts to streamline repetitive tasks and ensure consistency • Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, errors, or gaps with precision • Work closely with onboarding and customer success teams to ensure a smooth handoff and strong customer experience • Provide creative solutions for data-related challenges, often simplifying complex migrations • Document and improve internal data processes to increase efficiency over time • Support ongoing operational data needs as Bonsai scales

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced experience with Excel and Google Sheets • Strong attention to detail—accuracy and quality of data is very important • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to work independently, stay highly organized, and juggle multiple onboarding projects • Previous experience in SaaS onboarding or operations (nice to have) • Background at a fast-growing tech company or fintech (nice to have)
