• Lead the marketing strategy for Kaleido’s Diabetes Care portfolio, driving campaigns • Own and implement the annual marketing plan for the Diabetes Care portfolio • Deliver integrated campaigns across digital and offline channels • Equip the sales team with compelling tools and messaging • Analyze customer insights and competitor activity to inform product development and marketing strategy • Partner with global teams to define product features • Track and report on marketing performance, manage budgets for campaigns and events
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field; master’s degree preferred. • Proven senior marketing experience in MedTech within Germany, ideally in Diabetes Care or a related therapeutic area. • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies in a commercial environment. • Proven ability to collaborate with sales teams and global product management. • Strong strategic & analytical skills with proficiency in marketing metrics, CRM tools, and digital marketing. • Fluent in German and English, both written and verbal. • Residing in Germany. • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally up to 30%.
