📋 Description

• Execute and manage end-to-end operational processes for the Stake Super product • Monitor operational processes to ensure the highest level of compliance • Act as a conduit between the Customer Success and Operations team • Work closely with internal stakeholders across Customer Success, Finance, Product and Compliance • Collect and analyse customer feedback and operational data • Proactively identify and report any potential compliance breaches or operational risks

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in an operations, or finance-related role • Experience with process execution and data management • Experience with superannuation or SMSF administration is highly desirable but not mandatory • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve operational issues effectively • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Highly adaptable and resilient, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • A strong track record of taking ownership of tasks
