📋 Description

• Join Helprise – one of the fastest growing outsourcing and consultancy firms providing the best talent, know-how and solutions for the execution of business processes. • We are looking for a senior-level Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide AI transformation initiatives. • This role combines delivery expertise with strategic consulting — enabling business units to adopt AI solutions that enhance productivity, reduce cost, and support data-driven decisions. • You’ll work directly with department heads to design and implement long-term AI roadmaps, working closely with data leaders and delivery teams to ensure sustainable success.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in project/program management with 3+ years in AI transformation or data/tech consulting • PMP, PgMP, SAFe or equivalent certifications required • Experience in large-scale digital or AI/ML transformation projects • Understanding of AI maturity models, innovation portfolios, and value-driven adoption • Stakeholder engagement expertise at C-level and operational layers
