• Join Helprise – one of the fastest growing outsourcing and consultancy firms. • Responsible for the execution of accounting processes cross EMEA region. • Preparation and recording of all accounting transactions and performing account reconciliations with the focus on revenues and accrued liabilities/expenses. • Process manual journal entries in the JDE Ewards system. • Approve and certify manual journal entries in Backline with quality and agreed timelines. • Reconcile selected B/S balances in Blackline according to internal guidelines. • Perform assigned accounting activities. • Support regional and global reporting requirements for all areas under Regional Controllership responsibility. • Execute monthly/quarterly/annual close processes. • Ensure processes comply with US GAAP and local rules and regulations. • Implement SOX controls and operational controls. • Participate in continuous process improvement and transformation activities. • Collaborate within the accounting team, using various channels of collaboration.
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of relevant professional finance experience • Experience in a multinational and/or audit environment with a focus on indirect taxes and a good knowledge of US GAAP. • Fluent in English with strong communication skills, diplomacy and a flexible attitude • Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint. • Master's degree in Finance/Accounting or ACCA/CIMA qualified.
