📋 Description

• Developing and executing software test plans and documenting their results. • Identifying and facilitating issue resolution with functional and technical groups. • Writing SQL queries. • Assisting with the creation of user documentation. • Working as part of a team.

🎯 Requirements

• 1 - 3 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst in the healthcare/medicare (Health Insurance/Payer) industry. • Functional and regression testing experience and knowledge of software testing tools. • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience. • Ability to interact directly with programming staff as well as clients. • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Relational database knowledge with experience writing SQL queries. • Proficient in English and Spanish at a conversational level. • Would be a plus: Knowledge of UNIX. • Ability to comprehend programming languages, and EDI experience is a plus.
