• 10+ years of experience in SaaS product management, with 3+ years leading product teams • Proven success in defining and driving product strategies in fast-paced, tech-led organizations • Deep knowledge of modern product management practices, including discovery, user research, experimentation, and data-informed decision making • Strategic thinking and commercial acumen, with a demonstrated ability to balance long-term vision with short-term execution • Experience leading teams that deliver innovative, scalable solutions and navigate complex systems and dependencies • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills, especially in matrixed environments • Comfort presenting and influencing at the executive level, with clear communication and measurable impact • Customer-centric and outcome-driven, with the ability to translate complex customer problems into compelling product solutions • Passion for mentorship and leadership development, investing in the growth of your team and the broader organization • Bonus: Background in Healthtech and proven success delivering analytics, BI, or reporting products that drive measurable outcomes • Bonus: Deep understanding of data architecture, visualization, and performance management concepts.
