• Typically 5 to 7 years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience. • Excellent customer service skills • Excellent organization skills • Excellent ability to professionally understand and diffuse stressful situations • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office applications, CRM, SaaS applications, and internet browsers • Excellent technical skills including (Network configurations, WANs, Citrix, Virtual Server, 3rd party ISPs, Windows SQL Server, hosted solutions, etc.) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including both inbound and outbound phone calls • Excellent documentation skills • Professional appearance and presentation skills required • Practice management software and services including Henry Schein solutions experience preferred • Project management experience and/or certifications (CAPM, PMP, Project+, etc.) required
