• The Equipment Sales Associate is responsible for selling dental equipment and supporting the growth of regional market share. • Maintain customer relationships, and educate customers on product features, distinctions, and utilization as directed by your region’s Equipment Specialist(s). • Represent the company in sales calls and assist regional sales team in achieving designated sales goals. • Support the growth of market share within assigned region. • Partner with Marketing team and serve as the lead on equipment marketing leads. • Manage administrative duties such as preparing reports, entering data in Salesforce, quoting, site-checks, work with the regional service team and follow-up on equipment orders. • Attend sales meetings and trade shows, developing new business and expanding business with existing customers.
• Typically 1 to 3 years of related professional experience. • Basic understanding of industry practices • General proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures • Basic planning/organizational skills and techniques • Good decision making, analysis and problem-solving skills • Good verbal and written communication skills • Basic presentation and public speaking skills • Basic interpersonal skills.
