• Conduct remote nutritional consultations with customers to review lab reports • Explain results clearly and provide evidence-based dietary, lifestyle, and supplemental advice • Provide next steps and appropriate referrals • Reassure and empower customers receiving potentially distressing or complex results • Maintain accurate client-interaction records in line with professional practice standards and GDPR • Follow Hertility care pathways and evidence-based protocols • Collaborate with nutritionists, dietitians, nurses, midwives, menopause specialists, counsellors, GPs, fertility specialists, operations, and research teams • Report directly to the Clinical Services Manager
• Current registration as a Registered Dietitian with HCPC or CORU, or Registered Nutritionist with AfN (RNutr or ANutr) • Strong clinical and evidence-based background • Deep expertise in women’s health, fertility, and reproductive nutrition • Expertise across areas such as PMOS, endometriosis, fertility, prenatal/postnatal care, and menopause • Availability for flexible ad-hoc shifts Monday–Sunday • Ability to respond promptly to shift requests and remain contactable after indicating availability • Valid Enhanced DBS check • Registration with the DBS Update Service • Independent personal professional indemnity insurance covering all clinical acts and omissions • Ability to maintain accurate records in line with professional practice standards and GDPR • Ability to follow evidence-based protocols and Hertility care pathways
• £60 per 1 hour consultation • £30.00 per hour admin fee (£35.00 for London-based staff) for training, meetings, and admin work • Paid training and onboarding • Flexible/ad-hoc bank shifts • Interview accessibility and communication adjustments available • Equal opportunity employer
