📋 Description

• Collaborate with product and engineering to design our patient app and provider digital products • In partnership with product, conduct user research to understand user needs and problems • Use identified needs to facilitate ideation and solution validation • Create user flows, prototypes, wireframes to communicate these ideas • Design high fidelity UIs for our patient and provider applications • Work with engineering to support optimal implementation and QA designs prior to launch • Continue to monitor digital experiences to identify areas for improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of full time product design experience working with product managers and engineers • Experience designing for mobile first experiences and/or native apps • Highly organized and able to bring that organizational mindset to complex problems • Interest in and/or experience working in healthcare • Enjoys working collaboratively and is a team player • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast paced environment
