📋 Description

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally • Provide quotes, answer service-related questions, and assist with booking moves • Coordinate scheduling changes and update internal systems accordingly • Conduct post-move follow-ups to gather feedback and address any concerns • Escalate complex issues to management when necessary • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records • Assist with administrative tasks as needed (CRM updates, reporting, etc.)

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ year of experience in a customer service or administrative support role (moving industry experience a plus but not required) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail • Ability to stay calm and empathetic under pressure • Familiarity with CRM tools (experience with SmartMoving is a plus) • Ability to work U.S. office hours • Fast, reliable internet connection and professional work environment
