• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving product strategy from concept to delivery. • Experience with both product management and product design, with the ability to integrate both disciplines into cohesive product experiences. • Strong data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform decision-making and validate product vision. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire and mentor teams. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing short-term priorities with long-term strategic goals.
