📋 Description

• Lead executive-level working sessions with client leadership to identify operational bottlenecks, calculate financial impact, and define success metrics • Author functional solution specifications and build and prioritize delivery backlogs • Manage scope boundaries and oversee final acceptance testing • Direct multidisciplinary delivery teams through fast-paced build cycles • Resolve organizational friction and maintain alignment between client executives and technical builders • Coordinate solution rollouts and establish user onboarding and change management protocols • Monitor post-launch performance and document ROI with client sponsors • Serve as a trusted advisor to client executives and maintain long-term partnerships • Identify follow-on operational challenges and scope subsequent advisory projects

🎯 Requirements

• Professional background in management consulting (MBB / Big 4) or specialized data/tech advisory practices • Demonstrated experience driving technology-enabled strategy • 5+ years managing complex, client-facing technology deployments, advisory initiatives, or forward-deployed consulting engagements • Deep familiarity with modern data architectures, AI applications, and enterprise software workflows • Masterful communication skills with the ability to navigate matrixed corporate environments, align diverse stakeholder groups, and influence senior leadership • Adaptable, hands-on operator who takes end-to-end accountability for engagement outcomes • Based in the EU • Excellent written and spoken English
