📋 Description

• Lead complex, enterprise-wide data platform implementations built on Databricks • Manage modern data platform implementations end to end • Run scrum ceremonies, including sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives, for data engineering and data science teams • Track budgets and optimize compute costs • Manage technical risks, including data quality and pipeline bottlenecks • Bridge C-level business requirements and technical execution • Partner with Product Owners and Data Architects to prioritize the technical roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years as an IT Project Manager or Advisory Consultant • Track record in complex data/cloud projects • Strong understanding of foundational AI and data platform concepts • Understanding of architectural components of Databricks, Snowflake, and Microsoft Fabric • Fluent English is non-negotiable • Experience at a Big4 or top-tier tech consulting firm (nice to have) • Hands-on exposure to Spark, Delta Lake, or MLOps tools (nice to have) • Enterprise implementation experience in ERP, CRM, Core Banking, or BSS/OSS (nice to have) • Experience in consulting sales or supporting public sector projects (nice to have) • Deep business understanding of at least two sectors: Banking, Telco, Energy, Insurance, Retail, or Production (nice to have) • Strong people management skills (nice to have) • Ability to review and correct the work of technical subject matter experts (nice to have)
