📋 Description

• Oversee Fraud, Risk, and Payment team • Manage escalations about payments, risk, KYC, chargeback • Analyze payment data and transaction patterns • Conduct investigations of suspected fraudulent activities • Review the effectiveness of existing fraud prevention measures

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in fraud prevention, risk analysis, or payments security • Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software • Strong understanding of payment processing systems, transaction lifecycles, and relevant regulations • Knowledge of chargeback prevention scope will be an advantage • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business is preferred
