• Assist in ensuring proactive planning and scheduling of a wide variety of events including annual events, meet and greets, networking events, and membership meetings (both virtually and in-person) • Assist full-time staff with day-to-day operations and event planning • Assist with speaker outreach to collect bios, course materials, etc. • Develop a plan for pre, onsite, and post-event (virtual and in-person) • Help develop a timeline for events • Strategize unique activities for the event
