📋 Description

• Lead and execute complex business case analyses for new initiatives, investments, and product launches, providing clear, data-driven recommendations. • Drive financial due diligence and M&A analysis, including valuation modeling, synergy assessment, and integration planning. • Develop, maintain, and enhance sophisticated financial models (e.g., long-range planning, forecasting, budgeting) to support strategic decision-making. • Be an effective partner with the Director of FP&A for annual planning and forecasting. • Enhance and build dynamic financial dashboards and KPIs to provide real-time insights into business performance for various stakeholders. • Prepare and generate high-quality Board of Directors and Executive Leadership decks, synthesizing complex financial data into clear, strategic narratives. • Serve as a trusted financial business partner to functional leaders, providing critical financial thought and strategic guidance. • Partner with Neon One’s payments team around KPIs, dashboards and modeling. • Leverage strong AI and multi-system experience to optimize financial processes, automate reporting, and improve data integrity. • Drive continuous improvement in financial planning systems and tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, or a similar analytical role. • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel, NetSuite and financial planning software. • Proven track record of strong business partnership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. • Demonstrated ability to provide critical thought and strategic finance leadership as a trusted internal and external advisor. • Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment with multiple revenue models. • CPA designation is a significant plus. • Strong experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI), Salesforce data, BI modeling and managing complex, multi-system financial data environments. • Experience with Snowflake or Metabase.
