📋 Description

• Define and implement a clear B2B marketing strategy tailored to Sympl’s target segments. • Build, optimize, and manage Sympl’s LinkedIn profile; develop and publish consistent, high-quality content that grows a relevant follower base. • Establish and manage Instagram with aligned messaging and engagement. • Develop 5-6 compelling case studies showcasing Sympl’s client successes; publish on the website and promote across channels. • Design and activate a client outreach funnel, including a parallel track for identifying and pursuing government grants and project opportunities. • Shift focus toward generating qualified leads and nurturing prospects. • Secure discovery calls with prospective organizations. • Identify and apply to relevant government and institutional projects/grants. • Conduct a thorough evaluation of strategy, content, and funnel performance; provide recommendations for Month 4+ scaling.

🎯 Requirements

• MBA or Master or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred but not required if compensated by experience). • 3+ years of demonstrated experience in B2B marketing, ideally with a focus on professional services, tech or consulting sectors. • Proven track record of managing LinkedIn marketing campaigns and driving tangible lead generation. • Experience developing case studies, client-facing content, and digital campaigns. • Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, analytics tools, and content scheduling platforms (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, HubSpot, etc.). • Familiarity with website CMS (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) for publishing case studies. • Comfort with CRM systems and lead tracking software. • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills (case studies, thought leadership, social posts). • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, measure, and optimize marketing performance. • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet milestones. • Creative, resourceful, and able to adapt strategies based on data and feedback. • Strong understanding of nonprofit and government ecosystems is a major asset.
