📋 Description

• Collect, process, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets from various sources • Develop, validate, and refine predictive models and machine‑learning algorithms • Build dashboards, visualizations, and reports that communicate insights to leadership • Conduct statistical analysis, design experiments, and evaluate model performance • Partner with business units to identify data‑driven opportunities or pain points • Deploy models into production and maintain ongoing monitoring of performance • Translate complex data concepts into clear, actionable recommendations • Design, build, and maintain Power Apps to support business processes and user needs • Create automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline operations and reduce manual effort • Develop interactive dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI • Integrate applications with data sources (Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, APIs) • Implement governance, security roles, and best practices for Power Platform environments • Troubleshoot app issues, optimize performance, and support end users • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prototype solutions quickly • Document system configurations, workflows, and development standards

🎯 Requirements

• Level 3: 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience. • Level 4: 9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience. • Level 5: 15 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 10 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19 years relevant experience. • Hands-on experience with Python or R for data modeling, machine learning, and data manipulation • Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases • Proficiency building solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) • Experience with data visualization and reporting strategies • Ability to integrate business requirements into practical analytical or automation solutions • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking • Excellent communication skills—able to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
