📋 Description

• Set the paid search strategy across the US, UK, Germany and further growth markets • Lead campaign strategy and execution across Search, Shopping and Performance Max, including Google Demand Gen where it supports business goals • Manage budgets, pacing, bidding and investment across platforms and markets • Measure performance against acquisition cost, conversion, revenue and ROI using business data and platform reporting • Build testing roadmaps across keywords, audiences, creative, product feeds and landing pages • Improve conversion and guide investment based on test results • Partner with marketing, product, creative and analytics teams to strengthen tracking and improve the customer journey • Use AI tools and platform automation to accelerate research, analysis and execution while keeping health claims accurate • Drive testing and development of additional paid channels such as native advertising • Present results, risks and opportunities with recommendations for next steps • Report to the Head of Performance Marketing and work with internal teams and external partners

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on paid search experience in an international setting, with accountability for budgets and measurable business results • Deep expertise in Google Ads • Strong working experience with Microsoft Advertising • Data-driven approach grounded in sound measurement, rigorous testing, and commercial judgment • Track record of improving conversion rates, acquisition efficiency, and ROI across multiple markets • Experience with media planning and performance forecasting • Experience launching and evaluating paid channels beyond search • Ability to set direction and influence colleagues while staying close to campaign execution • Practical experience using AI and automation, with judgment to verify outputs • Fluent English and German • Valid visa or work permit for country of residence; Hilo cannot provide visa sponsorship • Nice to have: experience in health tech, medical devices, wearables, or subscription products
