📋 Description

• Lead paid social strategy, planning and execution across the US, UK, Germany and other growth markets • Develop creative hypotheses based on customer research, market differences and performance data • Brief, test and refine ad concepts, messages, formats and landing pages with creative and product teams • Manage campaign budgets, audiences and optimisation across Meta, TikTok and other relevant platforms • Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and conversion rate from ad click through purchase • Measure acquisition cost, revenue and return on investment, turning findings into decisions and next steps • Work with clinical, regulatory and legal colleagues to ensure advertising claims and health messaging are accurate and approved • Steer agencies and freelancers, set priorities, and ensure high-quality execution and continuous performance improvement • Report to the Head of Performance Marketing and collaborate with internal teams and external partners

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on paid social experience in an international setting, including direct ownership of campaigns and budgets • Strong creative strategy skills and a track record of turning insights into ads that perform • Data-driven approach to testing, measurement, and decision-making • Experience improving conversion rates and managing campaigns against ROI goals • Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and experience with other relevant social platforms • Ability to adapt messaging and execution across markets while keeping the brand consistent • Clear communication and sound judgment when working with sensitive health topics • Fluent English and German • Valid visa or work permit for the candidate’s country of residence; Hilo cannot provide visa sponsorship
