📋 Description
• Create, communicate, and implement a distribution channel strategy and roadmap for CALA with clear critical metrics • Ensure successful integration of third-party channel initiatives into broader Commercial strategies • Provide subject matter expertise on tracking, tagging, data management, and channel enablement needs for third-party channels • Monitor segment results and pipeline impact, recommending processes, initiatives, and efficiencies to increase value • Manage, report, and communicate performance against important metrics across multiple commercial forums weekly, monthly, and annually • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create metrics and targets for measuring results and improving forecasting • Socialize weekly state-of-the-business reports and address ad hoc requests from senior leadership • Identify new online third-party options and partners through analysis, data, trends, and channel insights • Negotiate third-party contracts • Stay current with distribution-related legislation and support strategic engagement with industry influencers
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent in English, Spanish & Portuguese • Ten (10) years of work experience in distribution, revenue management or other role-relevant environments and fields • Deep understanding of the CALA Region and the OTA, Bedbank/Wholesale, metasearch, and overall distribution landscape • Validated experience negotiating sizeable distribution contracts • Willingness to travel domestically and globally up to 35% • Strong project management and process improvement skills • Recent experience managing a large online channel at scale and developing plans to improve that business • Sound understanding of Hilton brands, operations, systems, and organization
