📋 Description

• Troubleshoot issues and offer technical guidance • Deliver remote or onsite hotel operations training/support • Build and configure system databases • Set up hardware and interfaces • Migrate hotels from retired PMS to PEP, ensuring complete data transfer • Help train new team members by guiding them through project components and task execution • Liaise with Managers/Senior Associates to support migration projects • Collaborate with internal and external support teams to resolve system issues • Own multiple stages of remote and onsite PEP deployment, including communication, configuration, database build, data migration, interface testing, training, and hotel operations support for Front Desk, Night Audit, Management, Sales, Revenue Management, and Housekeeping

🎯 Requirements

• Professional work experience in Technology or a related field like hotel operations • Work experience using Property, Sales or Revenue Systems • Understanding of Hilton's PMS, CRS and interfaces • Travel up to 80% • Experience as a successful systems installer would be useful • Experience troubleshooting local hotel interfaces or systems would be useful • Bilingual would be useful
