📋 Description

• Troubleshoot issues and offer technical guidance • Deliver remote or onsite hotel operations training/support • Build and configure system databases • Set up hardware and interfaces • Migrate hotels from retired PMS to PEP, ensuring complete data transfer • Help train new team members by guiding them through project components and task execution • Liaise with the Managers/Senior Associates to support migration projects • Collaborate with internal and external support teams to resolve system issues • Multiple stages of a remote and onsite PEP deployment which include communication, configuration, database build, data migration, testing interfaces, training, and hotel operations support (Front Desk, Night Audit, Management, Sales, Revenue Management, and Housekeeping)

🎯 Requirements

• Professional work experience in Technology or a related field like hotel operations • Work experience using Property, Sales or Revenue Systems • Understanding of Hilton's PMS, CRS and interfaces • Ability to Travel up to 80% • Experience as a successful systems installer • Experience troubleshooting local hotel interfaces or systems • Bilingual
